All roof panels are made from imported AA3004 series aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy coils, specifically designed for roofing and exterior wall structures.
Alternatively, 3004 aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy, 304/316 stainless steel, copper, or construction-grade pure titanium can be used depending on the project's specific requirements. Roofing systems made with specialized aluminum alloys have a service life comparable to the main building structure (British Standard BS5427:1976).
Painting
The aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy coils can also be coated with imported American or Australian PVDF/PVF2 polyvinylidene fluoride/fluorocarbon resin paint systems. For industrial and civil buildings, the paint life can reach 15-20 years (depending on atmospheric conditions).
Other Aluminum Alloys
- 3005 and 3105 are also commonly used roofing and exterior wall materials in Europe and America.
- For marine climate requirements, aluminum-magnesium alloys 5005 and 5052, with better corrosion resistance, can be used.
- 3004 H44 aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy is a type of aluminum alloy. H44 indicates the coated and annealed state.
