Jiangsu Pioneer Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2011 in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province China, is a specialized manufacturer of high-performance corrugated steel sheets and roofing sheets. The company focuses on providing advanced alternatives to traditional color coated steel sheets (also known as PPGI/PPGL), with an emphasis on superior corrosion resistance and durability. Its core brand, "Shinetile roofing sheet", represents a commitment to reliable industrial roofing solutions.
2011–2013: Technology Development Phase
In its early years, the company dedicated its efforts to R&D, successfully developing an anti-corrosion metal roofing sheet with a "composite resin film + galvanized steel sheet + composite resin film" structure.
2014–2019: Production Scale-up and Market Expansion
The company built its own production base and began large-scale manufacturing of steel-plastic composite roofing sheets. Its products gained approval from major clients such as steelworks, metal smelting factories, chemical factories, allowing for continuous improvement through practical application. In 2018, a subsidiary was established to strengthen material trading and supply chain operations.
2020–Present: Brand and Service Integration
The "Shinetile" trademark was officially registered, enhancing the brand's identity. The company achieved recognition as a National High-Tech Enterprise, secured over 100 patents, and founded a construction technology arm to offer integrated solutions-from pre-painted galvanized steel materials to full installation services.

Our Factory
The Shinetile manufacturing base is located in Qingfeng Industrial Park, Zhangjiagang, within the Yangtze River Delta region. This strategic location provides excellent transportation access and efficient nationwide logistics.
As the primary production facility for Jiangsu Pioneer Technology Co., Ltd., the site spans 30 mu of land and features 15,000 square meters of workshops with controlled temperature, humidity, and cleanroom conditions. These facilities enable the production of high-quality corrugated steel sheets, metal roofing sheets, and other profiled steel products.
The base utilizes industry-leading Multi-layer Laminated Anti-Corrosion Technology and maintains strict quality control throughout the entire process-from raw material selection to finished product inspection. By partnering with global suppliers such as DuPont and Henkel, the company secures high-quality materials, including color-coated steel coils (also known as PPGI/PPGL). An experienced engineering team oversees each production stage to guarantee that all roofing sheets and custom profiles deliver excellent corrosion resistance and thermal insulation.
Operating in compliance with international environmental management standards, the base provides eco-friendly building material solutions suitable for a wide range of industrial, commercial, and specialized roofing applications.

Our Product
To thoroughly address the persistent challenges of rust, leakage, and poor thermal performance in industrial roofing systems, Shinetile introduces its new-generation Anti-Corrosion Steel-Plastic Corrugated Sheet. Designed as a high-performance upgrade to conventional color-coated steel sheets (also referred to as PPGI/PPGL), this product offers specialized protection for highly corrosive environments, including chemical plants, electroplating workshops, and livestock farms.
The sheet is manufactured using high-strength steel as the base, combined with multiple functional layers to form a robust composite structure. Its core advantage lies in exceptional corrosion resistance, withstanding exposure to acids, alkalis, and various chemical agents. Engineered for a service life of over 25 years in industrial environments-far surpassing the 1–2-year lifespan of standard profiled steel sheets-it also delivers outstanding thermal insulation, reducing interior temperatures by over 8°C in summer and helping lower cooling costs. In addition, it integrates Class A fire resistance, noise reduction, self-cleaning functionality, and condensation control, providing a durable, low-maintenance metal roofing solution.

Production Market
Since its introduction to the market in 2011, the product has accumulated more than 15 years of application experience in China. It has served over 20 industries and more than 400 clients, with a cumulative installed area exceeding 3.5 million square meters. With East China as its core market, the sales network extends across more than 30 provinces nationwide, with mature sales and service systems established in key industrial regions.
The product has secured long-term partnerships with leading domestic and international companies, including steelworks plants, metal smelting factories, chemical factories, fertilizer plant, acid factories etc, for which it provides professional anti-corrosion roofing solutions for their production bases. Successful implementations in benchmark projects such as Jiangsu Yonggang, Tongchuang Chemical, and Nantong Yingtuo Home Furnishings further demonstrate the product's exceptional adaptability and reliability across multiple sectors, including steel, chemical, and manufacturing.
For a small example, the Jiangsu Yonggang steelworks, their steel slag workshop with PPGI (pre-painted galvanized iron) roof has got rust and leakage every year, since the workshop is full of steam water and SO2, dusts, etc. When they learned Shinetile roofing sheet, they do a test, installed 100㎡ PPGI and 100㎡ Shinetile together on the roof. After 7 months, PPGI got rust and leakage again, but Shinetile is still as new as the very beginning. After that, Yonggang used more than 100,000㎡ Shinetile.
