Galvanized steel sheets (PPGI/PPGL) are high-performance metal building materials manufactured through a process involving cold-rolled substrate pretreatment, hot-dip galvanizing, and surface coating lamination. The core substrate is high-quality low-carbon steel compliant with the GB/T 700-2006 standard. Through rigorous galvanized layer adhesion and coating curing processes, these sheets achieve a dual breakthrough in strength and corrosion resistance, providing a stable and reliable substrate solution for the industrial construction sector.

Core Technical Parameters and Product Characteristics

· Substrate Specifications: Thickness range: 0.3mm - 1.2mm; Width: ≤1250mm; Length: customizable (conventional range: 3000mm - 6000mm). All dimensional deviations meet the precision grade standards of GB/T 2518-2019.

· Corrosion-Resistant Structure: Features a hot-dip galvanized layer with a weight ≥120g/㎡, laminated with a modified polyester (PE) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) coating. The coating thickness is ≥20μm. Salt spray resistance testing exceeds 1000 hours, and acid-alkali corrosion resistance complies with GB/T 17748-2021 requirements.

· Physical Properties: Tensile strength ≥345MPa, yield strength ≥235MPa, elongation ≥18%. The material can be cold-formed into any tile shape without cracking or delamination.

Application Fields and Quality Assurance

Ideal for roof and wall construction in corrosive or high-humidity environments such as chemical plants, steel mills, pickling plants, coastal warehouses, and breeding farms. It is also suitable for applications including photovoltaic bracket systems and cold storage warehouse enclosures. The product has passed ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, SGS environmental testing, and Class A fire resistance certification. The production process is carried out in a constant temperature and humidity cleanroom, enabling fully automated quality inspection and full-process traceability. Packaging utilizes moisture-proof film and fixed wooden/steel pallets, ensuring waterproof and scratch-resistant protection.
